Part of The Blues Bricks Collection, Mistwashed Sky ceramic brick has been developed through the collaboration between De Ferranti and AAA – Alvaro Afonso Atelier. The collection explores how handmade glazing, tonal variation and elongated ceramic proportions can create surfaces with quiet movement and architectural presence.

The elongated brick format allows this product to create graceful horizontal or vertical movement across walls, splashbacks and architectural features. Its glaze is quietly varied, with delicate crazing, tonal softness and the subtle irregularity expected from handmade ceramic production. The result is a surface that feels calm from a distance and richly detailed up close.

The colour sits between blue-grey, softened sky blue and a light misted mineral tone. It is an excellent choice for projects that require colour without heaviness, particularly where the surrounding palette includes pale stone, limewashed walls, natural timber or soft plaster finishes.

Used alone, it creates a serene and atmospheric surface. Used with Skywash Blue MK711, Azure Tide MK710 or Midnight Delft MK702, it helps build a layered blue palette with depth, light and architectural rhythm.
