Rose Hexagon Tiles With a Soft Floral Geometry

The Dog Rose design is based on the variable climbing wild rose, native to Europe, northwest Africa and western Asia. Rather than presenting the flower literally, the design reduces it into small circular marks and works them through a polygon-hexagon tile. This gives the surface a floral memory, while the geometry keeps the repeat calm, ordered and easy to use across different project scales.

In Rose, the colourway has a soft pink character. It can work well with pale stone, plaster, warm timber, brass, antique mirror, leather and other specialist De Ferranti materials, especially where a room needs subtle pattern without strong contrast.

Handpainted Antiqued Finish and Project Use

Dog Rose – Rose is made with a mixture of rough whitewash terracotta and glaze, listed with a handpainted antiqued finish. The surface should be read as crafted rather than mechanically uniform, with slight shifts in tone, line and finish forming part of its finished character.
