Rose Tango Tiles bring Neisha Crosland’s swirling floral motif into a soft rose terracotta surface with a handpainted antiqued finish. Part of De Ferranti’s FLORIS collection, Tango – Rose is a 20 cm x 20 cm decorative tile for interiors that need movement, colour and a crafted surface with a gentler floral rhythm.
The Tango design is based on swirling, dancing, frilly-edged flowers, grouped in twosomes across the tile. The motif has motion and charm, but it remains structured enough to work as a repeat rather than feeling loose or informal. In Rose, that movement becomes softer, bringing pattern into the room without the stronger contrast of Ming Blue or the warmth of Gold Ochre.
This colourway can sit well with plaster, pale limestone, warm timber, brass, bronze, antique mirror, leather and other specialist De Ferranti materials. It is useful where a surface needs decorative life, but where the overall scheme still needs to feel calm, warm and carefully balanced.
Tango – Rose is listed with a handpainted antiqued finish. Slight shifts in line, tone, glaze and ground are part of the finished character, helping the tile retain the variation expected from hand-finished terracotta.
Rose Tango Tiles can be considered for bathrooms, kitchens, fireplace surrounds, flooring, walling, residential interiors, restaurants and warm climate exterior applications, subject to project specification. Used in a compact area, they can soften a kitchen splashback, shower wall or fireplace return. Across a broader wall or floor, the Tango repeat creates a rose-toned patterned field with movement, warmth and handmade surface depth.
