Set out several tiles before installation to assess rotation, tonal movement and how diagonal lines meet at the joints. Grazing light will reveal the relief most strongly. Select grout only after reviewing physical samples, and confirm substrate preparation, sealing and fixing requirements for the proposed interior wall.
