Inspired by the energy and creativity of the 1970s, De Ferranti's Woodstock collection captures the artistic expression of an iconic era through vibrant hues, floral motifs and pop art forms. The decade also informed the collection's ecological approach, including the recycling of materials used in production. The collection's visual language combines oversized flowers, petal geometries, curved forms and warm, expressive colour. Florida and Zeppelin build broad decorative repeats from interlocking floral units, while Baez and Harmonium combine contrasting shapes to create more articulated layouts. Although rooted in 1970s pop culture and flower-power pattern, the tiles are made in terracotta and glaze by Studio Le Nid, allowing brushwork, tonal movement and visible surface variation to remain part of the finished composition.
